For credit claims: You’ll need the customer’s purchase receipt plus the refund/exchange receipt, and an image of the product cut out.

Claims: Intex Airbeds, Intex Watercraft (inflatables – boats, kayaks etc…). Spire Lights and Speakers.

Claim forms submitted without completing the below sections or providing the supporting documents will result in the claim being automatically rejected.
